Veapew ships solid-wood furniture as the primary product line. Orders are packed for rough travel with rigid boards, dense foam, and reinforced corners; wide panels carry clear “This Side Up” marks. Parcel-size pieces go through major small-package networks; large/heavy items move with specialized furniture freight. At checkout, Veapew shows the full total, realistic delivery windows, and the handling method for each item.

Where Veapew ships

United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, Portugal.

Not supported: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and select remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and some island regions in Europe/Australia).
A street address is required so heavy wood pieces can be delivered safely.

If the address is outside these countries, has truck restrictions, or involves tight stairs/elevators, contact Veapew before ordering so available options and any add-on services can be confirmed.

Carriers & service levels

Depending on destination, size/weight, and network capacity, Veapew uses UPS, FedEx, USPS (for certain small U.S. parcels) and DHL Express for international routes to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA.

Large/heavy furniture (e.g., solid-wood tables, bed platforms) ships by LTL freight with liftgate for curbside delivery.
Curbside = truck lowers the pallet to ground at the curb/driveway; no room-of-choice, no stairs, no assembly, no trash removal.

Freight partners typically call or text to schedule a delivery window. Orders may be palletized and shrink-wrapped for extra protection.

For some high-value consignments, adult signature (18+) may be required in the listed countries. If a signature is needed, Veapew’s tracking email will state this.

Processing time vs. shipping time

  • Processing time = final checks, packing, labeling before carrier pickup.

  • Shipping time = in-transit window after pickup.

Business days are Monday–Friday; U.S. public holidays excluded. International routes to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA may need extra time for customs/security. Severe weather, local holidays, strikes, or carrier backlogs can add +1–3 business days. Address changes after dispatch may incur a re-route fee and delay delivery.

The amount shown at checkout is the shipping charge paid to Veapew. Simple approach: flat rates with clear free-shipping thresholds.

Notes for furniture: Solid-wood items are bulky and heavy. Carriers may price by dimensional weight (size + mass). Large tables and similar pieces typically require LTL with liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes to reduce risk—no extra charge for split shipments. Where helpful, boxes are banded to a single pallet to protect edges and corners. Veapew subsidizes part of the freight so strong packing and clear totals appear at checkout.

Taxes & duties (international orders)

For deliveries to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA, Veapew ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)import taxes, VAT/GST, and customs processing are included in the checkout total.
Do not pay the driver. If someone asks for payment at the door, contact Veapew immediately.

Processing & dispatch

Most orders move to final checks and packing within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, U.S. holidays excluded). Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CST usually start the same business day; later orders start the next business day.

Pre-order or made-to-order furniture ships after completionVeapew’s order confirmation shows an estimated ship-by date. If items in the cart have different lead times, Veapew may ship ready items first or hold and ship together—your confirmation will state which method applies.

Ship-from / staging address

Furniture delivery, access & assembly

  • Many items ship partially disassembled to protect parts and ease handling.

  • Each shipment includes a clear, picture-based setup guide; most include a basic tool (e.g., Allen key).

  • Typical setup: 20–30 minutes for two adults.

  • Check all parts before assembly and work on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

Access planning (important):

  • Measure doors, hallways, elevators, and stairs before delivery.

  • Tell Veapew before shipment if there are stairs, narrow corridors, gated entries, height/weight truck limits, or limited elevator access so options can be proposed.

  • If you need room-of-choice placement, stair carries, debris removal, or an exact-time appointment, Veapew can quote upgrades (third-party services, billed separately).

Fees at cost may apply for missed freight appointments, refused liftgate, address corrections after dispatch, or re-delivery requests.

Tracking your order

When an order leaves the staging address at 4450 Old Anson Rd, Abilene, TX 79601, Veapew emails a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and a direct link.

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show movement—especially on international routes while customs scans are pending. Freight tracking may show “label created” until the shipment is assigned to a local terminal. If there’s no update after 72 hours, contact Veapew so the carrier can be checked.

If something goes wrong

Inspect packages immediately at delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact Veapew within 72 hours with the order number and clear photos or a short video of the outer box, inner packing, and the affected areas. Note visible damage with the driver when possible and keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed.

For minor cosmetic issues, Veapew can often send a replacement part or a touch-up kit quickly.

If a shipment appears lostno scans for >7 days or not delivered within 14 business days after ship date—reach out to Veapew. Once the carrier confirms loss, Veapew will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Refused deliveries or undeliverable orders (e.g., repeated missed appointments, incorrect addresses) may be returned by the carrier. Veapew can re-ship after the address is confirmed and any return/storage/re-delivery fees are paid at cost.

Order changes & cancellations

An order that has not entered processing or has not shipped can be canceledcontact Veapew as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is not available. After delivery, see the Return & Refund Policy.
